Expert: the Russian import ban strenghtens the decline in prices in the Hungarian agriculture
The Russian import ban amplifies the decline in prices on the agricultural products market in Hungary – Lukács László agricultural expert, former executive director of the Dairy Board told MTI on Friday.
The expert has expressed his views after the Central Statistical Office (KSH) published its latest report on the development of the agricultural producer prices. According to the datas published on Friday, the purchase price of agricultural products were 9.8 percent lower in June than in the same time last year. In particular, the decline in producer prices for crop products continued to accelerate in June to 15.8 percent, after a 14.9 percent drop in May compared to a year earlier. (MTI)
