Südback 2022
The Südback Trade Fair in Stuttgart is one of the most important European industry meeting points for artisan bakeries. Buliczka Tünde, an employee of the Hungarian Bakers’ Association and editor-in-chief of the Pékmester newspaper, reported on the press conference before the exhibition.
The Südback Trade Fair was organized for the first time in 1978 with the aim of allowing representatives of artisanal bakeries to meet and learn about new machines, tools, raw materials, services and trends in their industry. Forward-looking professional programs and presentations have always been associated with these fairs. This year in Stuttgart, October 22-25. The exhibition opens its doors again between Representatives of domestic and foreign bakeries did not have the opportunity to meet at a national fair for two years. This time has shown that many things are possible digitally and virtually. At the same time, it also became clear that people need face-to-face meetings and communication. This year, five exhibition halls are waiting for those who are interested, in the halls visitors can get an insight into industry developments in the fields of work and operation technology, office technology, office equipment, raw materials and semi-finished products, goods, and sales promotion services.
