Strategic investments can be made in Hungarian agriculture

The Ministry of Agriculture is helping farmers, producer organizations and food businesses to manage the economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic in the form of non-refundable support – Nagy István, head of the ministry said on Tuesday at Herceghalom.

According to the statement, the minister recalled in his speech that the government developed a package of measures in the spring to address the effects of the coronavirus pandemic and offset the damage. Within the framework of the National Food Crisis Management Program, the Cabinet provided 25 billion HUF additional resources to the Ministry of Agriculture from the Economic Protection Fund. (MTI)
