Starbucks: new environmental plan means more plant-based dishes on menus
Starbucks has announced a renewed focus on sustainability that marks a step-change for the company and includes expanding plant-based menu options.
Following a global assessment of the carbon, waste and water footprint of its operations and supply chain, chief executive officer Kevin Johnson announced five environmental strategies that will move the company towards a resource-positive future.
