SPAR: closer to generation Z – instant shopping, cool products and social experiences
The Sneakerness Festival will return to Budapest on November 8-9, 2025. The most important European event of sneaker and streetwear culture will be held this time at MTK Sportpark. SPAR Hungary will participate in the event as a featured partner this year, with sporty challenges, cool prizes and the modern QUICK & EASY container store awaits visitors.

Our latest research also shows that Generation Z feels closer to SPAR: they consider it a lovable, attentive and relaxed brand. At this event, we not only address, but also listen to the participants – we draw inspiration from how they think and how they relate to everyday brand experiences”

The focus of SPAR’s appearance this year is once again on innovation and convenience: the QUICK & EASY container shop will also be offering refreshing drinks, sandwiches, salads and the favourite snacks of young people at the usual SPAR prices at the festival – such as Black Death sour sugar, Smoki Wow sweets, True Dates dried fruits and bubble tea. The Scrub Daddy sneaker care package will be available for the first time in the container shop, which is a novelty specially created for streetwear fans and is only available in the SPAR and INTERSPAR networks.
SPAR will also ensure the comfort and entertainment of visitors at several locations: in the indoor chill zone, a table football and a relaxation corner await those who want to relax, and a 60 square meter pop-up football pitch provides sporty challenges. Here, the luckiest participant will be able to go home with a Galatasaray jersey signed by Roland Sallai. The crane set up next to the container store invites you to an exciting game, where you can win cool gifts – streetwear products, shoes, AirPods. On the second day of the festival, two players from Győri ETO FC, Balázs Megyeri and Szabolcs Schön, will also arrive at the SPAR football field: a presentation combined with a tengo match and a joint photo shoot will make the program even more memorable.
The company’s participation in Sneakerness goes beyond brand building: the goal is a dialogue with the young generation, in which sport, a health-conscious lifestyle, self-expression and innovation meet naturally. The container store symbolizes fast and convenient shopping solutions, and the football field symbolizes the joy of movement and endurance – all of which are core values for SPAR.
