SPAR: practical training for office staff
The retail chain invites employees of its headquarters to do one-day field work every year. In addition to building the community, decisions made at the headquarters are also supported by SPAR’s enterprise-building program, with office staff attending a store practice every year.

Positive team spirit also comes by the gained in store experience the acquisition of office staff, which provides accurate feedback on the correctness and vitality of decisions made by the strategy planning and management departments” – Maczelka Márk, Head of Communications at SPAR said.
