Adroit Theory Brewing Company (Virginia, USA) has come out with its Evangelion series: 18 different beers, all of them are Imperial IPA or Hazy/New England IPA varieties, with 10 percent abv alcohol content – and all of them are double dry hopped (DDH). Each of these superpremium beers have very characteristic taste, so shoppers find information on the cans about what kind of meat or cheese they go best with.
