Beer at the highest level

At the Hungarian beer culture course of  BGE Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism, students can learn everything they need to know about small-scale brewing in practice, and can even create their own beers in a home competition. A panel of judges selects the best brew by consensus and this is how BGE’s first beer, a black elderberry gose was born in the autumn of 2023. After a successful pilot semester the second speciality beer, a pineapple cold brew coffee milk stout came out in early 2024.
