Many people might even give up their job without flexible working hours
The majority of employees could even leave their jobs if it did not provide them with flexible working conditions in the long term, EY’s international research of more than 16,000 workers in 16 countries shows. Companies also need to adapt to changing needs as a result of the coronavirus epidemic if they are to remain competitive in the labour market.
