The Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) plans to publish the book that commemorates the life and work of László Jakabffy already this year. MVI president László Kovács has revealed: the book pays tribute to the great chef with many photos and recipes. So far more than 65 people have made contributions with stories, photos, articles or money donations.
The album’s title will be ‘Taste Leader: The Jakabffy School – A Story of Life and Food’, and it will be published in cooperation by MVI and the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism (MKVM). If you would like to support the publishing of the book, your donation is welcome!
