Wilk makes yogurt from milk created by cultivated cells
Wilk, an Israeli food tech company, developed the world’s first yogurt made with cultured milk fat. The new product, made with both traditional dairy products and dairy created by cultivated cells, was validated by external laboratories: it meets all chemical and biological requirements to be yogurt.
