Rules and reality
Food businesses and hospitality units are obliged by law to display the ingredients of the food they sell, so that consumers can see what kind of allergens they contain. The National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) has recently published a guidance on how shops, bars and restaurants should inform customers about food allergens and ingredients that can cause intolerance. The publication contains not only the related rules but also practical advice. //
