In Romania, inflation accelerated to 7.94 percent
Annual inflation in Romania accelerated to 7.94 percent in October from 6.3 percent in September, the Romanian National Statistics Institute said on Wednesday.
In October, non-food prices were up 11.39 percent from the tenth month last year, with the consumer price index for food up 5.25 percent and services up 3.96 percent.
Compared to September, consumer prices rose 1.78 percent. (MTI)
