The volume of retail sales grew by 6.4 percent in the first five months in Romania
In Romania, the volume of retail sales grew by 6.4 percent in the first five months of the year, compared to the same period of last year – the National Institute of Statistics announced on Tuesday.
According to the seasonally adjusted and calendar-adjusted value, growth was 7.5 percent. During the period under review, non-food sales increased by 7.2 percent, food sales increased by 7 percent, and sales of fuel increased by 4.3 percent. (MTI)
