For regular consumption we better choose leaner sorts of ham

The Royal hams are lactose and gluten-free, and have low-fat content of 1-2 percent, they do not contain soybeans and and added flavor enhancers, have high meat content, (80-85%), which is well above the standards of the Food Codex.
