For regular consumption we better choose leaner sorts of ham

These products are the favorite of people on diet, on regular physical exercises and those who are eating consciously. The Royal hams are lactose and gluten-free, and have low-fat content of 1-2 percent, they do not contain soybeans and and added flavor enhancers, have high meat content, (80-85%), which is well above the standards of the Food Codex.
