RehabJob: it would be a success for us, if the workers would not need us

The RehabJob dealing with the workplace integration of people with disabilities has launched two new initiatives.

The integration of people with disabilities into society is still not solved, in fact, people without disabilities, also struggle with integration into workplaces. The social sensitivity is low, and this is true for employers as well. If social sensitivity was higher, hundreds of thousands of special workers’ situation would be easier as well as the functioning of workplaces would be more effective.
