Recruitment Trends: finding the right candidate for a high-ranking position or a position requiring special skills is a huge job
Finding the right candidate for a high-ranking position or a position requiring special skills is a long, laborious, time- and energy-consuming process, which is why the time of recruitment processes increased significantly last year, according to Enloyd’s recent research.
According to the survey called Recruitment Trends, the most suitable candidates rejected an offer due to the low salary, but they also experience counter-offers on the market more and more often. The outsourced recruitment service is less common in our country, even though this time saving can be a huge advantage for both the employer and the internal HR team.
2022 was a special year in many ways, as the security and balance situation of our region was dealt another blow with the Russian-Ukrainian war, which had not yet completely recovered from the shock of COVID. The consequences of everything had a significant impact on the labor market, candidates’ willingness to change, salary demands, expectations, fears and recruitment trends. Enloyd prepared comprehensive research on the latter, filling in the gaps, from which many useful lessons can be learned for both employers and employees.
