Randstad Employer Brand Research: we have the 2024 most attractive domestic employers
For the eleventh time, the most popular employers in our country were honored with the Randstad Award. According to the opinion of Hungarian employees, this year LEGO is the most attractive domestic employer, BT (British Telecommunications) came second, and Mercedes-Benz finished third. The Randstad Employer Brand research reveals, among other things, the extent to which employees think about changing jobs, the criteria on which they choose a new workplace, which sectors are most attractive to them, whether they are willing to move domestically or whether they would rather take up a job abroad.
Where would Hungarians most like to work?
On April 25, 2024, the domestic winners of the Randstad Award were announced at a gala event in the Várkert Bazaar. LEGO became the most attractive employer, while BT and Mercedes-Benz defended their second and third positions from last year.
Libri, Magyar Nemzeti Bank, MOL, Novartis, Accent Hotels, Coca-Cola, Szerencsejáték Zrt., Magyar Telekom, Wizz Air, Lufthansa Systems and the KÉSZ group won special awards in their respective sectors. The best-known employer was Aldi.
