‘Hungary’s most attractive employer’ – Audi
Audi Hungaria is Hungary’s most attractive employer and the winner of the Randstad Award: 67 percent of Hungarian employees would like to work for the company.
Audi has been one of the country’s highest-turnover companies and one of its biggest exporters for years. In 2013 they invested EUR 900 million in expanding the Győr factory, creating 2,100 new jobs; the production facility currently employs more than 10,500 people. Audi ‘s popularity is proven by the fact that last year more than 45,000 applications were sent in for vacancies announced by AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. – told HR marketing coordinator Balázs Rónaszéki. The company’s success is the result of the excellent work done by its motivated and dedicated employees, which Audi rewards with job security, the best work environment, career opportunities, competitive wages and various benefits.
