Profession.hu: the Hungarian job market stabilized in the fourth quarter last year

Last year, the Hungarian job market stabilized in the fourth quarter: the number of new job advertisements was only one percent lower than in the same period of 2019, Profession.hu told MTI on Wednesday.

The announcement quoted Tüzes Imre, the business development director of Profession.hu, who said that 2020 was a year of change, which can be divided into four distinct stages in terms of the effects of the pandemic. The first quarter started steadily and encouragingly, with the spectacular turnaround dated 11 March: the number of positions advertised fell immediately and significantly. The second quarter was full of uncertainty and looking for a way out. (MTI)
