Profession.hu: fluctuation in the labor market is not always bad
The decision-making process of the HR profession has changed significantly in recent years, and changes in the economic environment typically affect the industry quickly and significantly. The epidemic situation, record inflation, high energy prices or even the recession associated with the war are all serious factors, due to which professionals have to consider more aspects than before during the decision-making process.
