Profession.hu: The challenges of returning to the office and the employer’s answers to them
Two years ago, the forced and rapid introduction of the home office posed a challenge to employers and their employees, and now returning to the office is putting both sides to the test. Many are accustomed to the convenience of working from home and the extra time saved by traveling, but managers would in many cases prefer to see teams inside the office while working together. Profession.hu responds to this problem with flexible work organization and the introduction of the Metaverzum meeting.
The company, which is constantly researching and analyzing the Hungarian labor market, was one of the first to respond to the changes caused by the pandemic and is now responding to the challenges of continuing to return to the office with pioneering solutions. Profession.hu simultaneously presents its redesigned, newly redesigned physical office and digital workplace, which will be launched with the introduction of the metaversion. The metaversion is based on virtual reality (VR), which created a virtual space for system developers that is accessible and usable by anyone at any time. Participants can exist as independent entities in the form of their unique avatars in a space that connects the digital and physical worlds, bridging the real distance between people, while having a true community experience.
