Profession.hu: young men are more likely to receive a reward
Half of the employees receive some reward for their performances at the end of the year. Men are more likely to receive a reward or bonus for men, especially the younger male workers – the representative research of Profession.hu job portal reveals.
According to the research involved 4814 respondents 57 percent of men and 49 percent of women could take extra cash home at the end of the year. As the age progresses, the chances of the Christmas bonus also decreases: compared to an average 53 percent only 37 percent of the 50-59 years receive a reward. (MTI)
