The strategic partner of the Bonafarm Group can use the trademark on their premium products, made from Hungarian pig. Sales and marketing manager Ágnes Kalácska told: the 26,000m² modern abattoir was built from HUF 21 billion in 2016. Production is in compliance with the strictest food safety regulations.
There are nearly 700 people working for the company that supplies Pick Szeged Zrt. with raw material, too. 95 percent of the pigs slaughtered here are bred in Hungary, mainly by the Bonafarm Group, e.g. the 150,000 pigs per year from which the premium products are made. MCS Vágóhíd’s Pick Fresh Meat premium products are available in protective atmosphere-tray and skin pack packaging, which now bears the Hungarian Product trademark too. //
