Poultry campaign
The Agricultural Marketing Centre (AMC) and the Hungarian Poultry Product Board have launched a joint media campaign, raising awareness of the advantages of poultry and egg consumption. While 10 years ago Hungarians ate 300 eggs per person, by now this number dropped to 215.
Poultry meat and various products made from it will be distributed from AMC’s truck at various Budapest locations and at the SIRHA Budapest trade show. The Poultry Product Board’s goal is to familiarise consumers with recipes and preparation methods, so that they will be able to cook many types of tasty and healthy dishes from poultry meat. (x)
