Pohner Ádám won the Hungarian final of Bocuse d’Or
Pohner Ádám, the Chef of the Kistücsök Restaurant in Balatonszemes won the Hungarian final of the Bocuse d’Or international cooking contest on Thursday in Budapest so he could represent the country in the European finals in June in Turin.
The Bocuse d’Or is one of the most prestigious cook concerts in the world. Six chefs were competing for the European final of Bocuse d’Or: Pohner Ádám and his assistant, Csillag Richárd, Elek Richárd (Fausto’s Ristorante), Garai Ádám (Olimpia Restaurant), Haraszti Zsolt (Alabárdos Restaurant), Veres István (Babel Budapest) and Volenter István (67 Restaurant and Bistro).
