Carrefour has acquired the 172-store superSol chain in Spain and will soon rebrand the shops into three categories: Carrefour express, Carrefour market and Supeco. In the Netherlands the price difference between branded and private label products is growing: it used to be 24 percent back in 2014, but is already 45 percent at the moment. //
