Pálinkás: innovation stimulates growth
One of the key drivers of economic growth is technological development, innovation, but organizational and social innovation, as much as technology is needed as well – Pálinkás József said at the conference of the Joint Venture Association on Wednesday in Budapest.
The president of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office warned that in order to speed up GDP growth, more and more improvements will be needed in the future, and these will cost more and more.
Hungary is ranked among the moderately innovative countries. It is not easy but it is possible to get forward: primarily effective and open education, cutting-edge research, genuine innovation, and a stable legal environment also needed – he added. (MTI)
