S.Pellegrino Young Chef: Palágyi Eszter is also judging at the international chefs competition

As the next stage of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef’s international chef competition, the organizers announced who will be members of the jury of international gastronomy icons.

The selected jury members will best support S.Pellegrino’s Young Chef in discovering and promoting the next generation of talented young chefs. It is a novelty that young chefs until the regional finals will be assisted by mentors throughout this year’s competition. This is a change, compared to the practice of previous years, where the mentor only supported the participants in the final round.
