The Future Eater series of programs starts soon
A new series of progrms to be launched, thanks to the collaboration of civil and professional associations and the state sector in order to make the domestic hospitality and events more sustainable.
The Felelős Gasztrohős és Zöldövezet Társulás (Responsible Gastro Hero and Green Belt Association) will present those sustainability tools that the restauranteurs can built in into their everyday operations at the Jövő-t-Evő (Future Eater) professional discussion series. The series of events are free to everyone. The participants can ask their questions directly to the representatives of the authorities, or can build connections with professional organizations and with companies offering environmentally friendly products and services.
The first Jövő-t-Evő (Future Eater) professional Forum will be held on April 29, at the Kőleves Restaurant, between 10 and 12 am.
