Cooperation between the large breweries and the micro- breweries
In order to increase the supply, a cooperation has been established between the large-scale breweries and the micro- and craft breweries for this year's Főzdefeszt – Bart Dániel, director of the Főzdefeszt festival told M1 news channel on Wednesday morning.
One of the largest craft beer festival in Eastern Europe was held a few weeks ago. Bart Dániel, said that the large breweries realized the tends of the world.
He added that the large breweries set new goals for themselves, of which the small distilleries agrre as well. These include improving the quality of beer, enhanceing beer consumption, and beer gastronomy, under which the beer becomes an integral part of the gastronomic culture. (MTI)
