Metro’s online shop in Moscow
As part of a pilot project, the Metro chain and delivery service Instamart have launched an online store for Moscow. Customers from Moscow and several districts of the Moscow region can order products with home delivery directly from the site. The goals are to better identify customer needs and to develop a model of cooperation. Peter Fedchenkov, the founder of Instamart told: based on their experiences in the region they plan to extend their technological cooperation to other regions soon.
