Summer sandwiches and espresso with ice cream: the gastronomic offer of OMV VIVA has been renewed
From July, the gastronomic offer of OMV VIVA was renewed: Attila Bicsár, the creative chef of Sauska 48, came up with two sandwiches with a summery flavor. In addition to the arrival of the ginger-peach chicken sandwich and grilled eggplant dill-feta cream ciabatta, the popular Vivafan sandwich has also been redesigned. In the summer drinks menu, you can taste classic Italian Affogato, Espresso Tonic and flavored VIVA iced coffees.
Visitors to OMV VIVA filling stations now have a renewed gastronomic offer: in addition to three new gourmet sandwiches, seasonal iced coffees are also available from July. The debut Gourmet Selection sandwiches were designed by Attila Bicsár, the creative chef of Sauska 48 recommended by the Michelin Guide and the Dining Guide.
Attila Bicsár designed a meat and vegetarian sandwich with a refreshing taste. In the Ginger-peach chicken sandwich, a classic Italian schiacciata is smeared with ginger-peach mayonnaise, on which a fried chicken breast slice and a chicken breast ham are placed alternately as a topping, and then flavored with a frilly salad. And for the meat-free sandwich, caper-dill feta cheese cream is placed in a Provance ciabatta, which is completed by fried eggplant, tomato, curly lettuce and vegan eggplant cream. Also new to filling stations is the Gourmet Vivafan sandwich with olive bread, Serrano ham and buffalo mozzarella.
