A full circle
The summer began with a POPAI meeting and also ended with one – a full circle! POPAI invited members to a summer kick-off meeting on 19 June.

Why do we love beer?
On 11 September the end-of-summer POPAI meeting was held at Heineken’s Budapest headquarters.
National trade marketing manager Ádám Zahovay and his team gave interesting presentations and organised a surprise programme, during which participants received thorough beer training in both theory and practice.
The topic was “2025 GoPro Brands – professional brand marketing, in-store and HoReCa solutions”. Modern trade channel and category development manager Bernadett Balogh talked about the in-store appearance of the Gösser Spritz display. This was followed by a presentation on the HoReCa secrets of the “Let’s Pour Together Tour”: shopper marketing manager Emese H. Magyar introduced the 2024 Soproni beer promotion, realised in partnership with rock band Tankcsapda.
