Plant-based Nutrition Symposium at the Vegetarian Festival
Symposium on plant-based nutrition, lectures, relaxation sessions, food tastings, eco- and organic-product presentations, music and dance programs as well as screenings await the guests of the 21st Vegetarian Festival, which will be held on 26 and 27 August in Budapest in the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Kőbánya Cultural Center.
The free event will include a “cooking room” where visitors can learn about preparing different dishes, and this year, for the first time, the first Budapest symposium on plant-based nutrition will be organized within the framework of the festival. The face of this year’s event will be Hevesi Tamás, who has been vegetarian for almost 30 years. (MTI)
