Sebastian Vettel invests in plant-based sports drink
Former Formula 1 driver Sebastian Vettel has led a GBP 1.2m seed funding round for British plant-based sports drink brand BACX.

BACX was established in 2020, with the purpose of providing a healthier and higher-performance sports drink. Performance Fuel is the brand’s first product, which is a fully plant-based drink with no caffeine, maltodextrin or artificial ingredients. According to a study from 2021, 71% of consumers who are interested in sports nutrition are also interested in plant proteins. //
