Impossible Foods opens plant-based pop-up shop in Chicago
Leading alternative meat brand Impossible Foods has opened its first physical store, a pop-up concept called Impossible Quality Meats in Uptown Chicago, offering plant-based food options including appetizers, salads, wraps, burgers, hot dogs and more. The restaurant is open from 13 August until the end of autumn, Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 20:00. Customers can also purchase Impossible’s popular products, including Impossible Beef, Impossible Hot Dogs and Impossible Chicken Nuggets.
