Plant-based hard-boiled eggs from Migros

Swiss retailer Migros has started selling plant-based hard-boiled eggs, under its ‘V-Love The Boiled’ brand which debuted in 2020. The egg is made in Switzerland by Migros subsidiary ELSA. V-Love The Boiled eggs are made of soy protein – the external white shell is filled with vegetable-based ‘egg yolk’.
