JDE Peet’s ups sustainable sourcing target
Coffee and tea producer JDE Peet’s is to increase its responsibly sourced coffee target from 30% to 80% in 2022. The company will invest EUR 150m in its responsible sourcing programme, which is hoped to lead to 100% responsibly sourced coffee in the next three years. The move will have a positive impact on more than one million smallholder coffee farmers.
