NotMayo: Kraft Heinz and NotCo roll out plant-based mayonnaise in the USA
NotMayo is the name of a new plant-based mayonnaise launched by Kraft Heinz’s joint venture with NotCo, which debuted in the USA this March. The product is made with chickpea flour, and it has a smooth and creamy texture that is similar to that of traditional egg-based mayonnaise. //
