Nielsen: the sales of face mask and vegetable yogurt increased the most
The changing consumer preferences are indicated by the above the average increase of the smaller retail categories – according to Nielsen’s retail index monitoring 80 chemicals and 90 foodstuff categories.
The total turnover of the chemicals and food categories with the five highest levels of growth in value ranged from nearly 30 billion HUF between December 2016 and November 2017. Face mask increased the most (108% increase) in the chemical goods category and vegetable yogurt increased the most (33% increase) in the foodstuffs category.
