Nielsen: Hungarians visit festivals and sport events twice a year
Typical Hungarian music or art festival goers typically visit one or two festivals annually, are women, have higher education degree and average earnings.
Official sports events attract more than two-thirds of the population, mostly the 30-49 age group, especially men, who go to sport events once or twice a year. Great interest surrounds the variety of food and beverage festivals (66 percent), according to a representative survey conducted by Nielsen Sports. (Nielsen)
