Nielsen: vitamins and dietary supplements sales increased by 9 percent
The retail sales of vitamins and dietary supplements exceeded 27 billion HUF in the first eight months of this year.
This is 9 percent higher than in the same period of the last year. The sales of C and B vitamins increased with the highest proportion, by 19 and 11 percent. A 10 percent increase occurred at dietary supplements, which handle a specific health problem – shows Nielsen consumer information and knowledge services company’s research.
