NGM: The demand for industrial goods increases retail turnover
As the result of investments from household savings, the trade of non-food products continues to grow further this year – the Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) commented the latest results of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on M1 news channel.
He mentioned, for example, the purchase of computer hardware, furniture and home improvement equipments.
According to the Central Statistical Office’s report released on Wednesday, retail sales increased by 6.7 percent year-on-year in November compared to a year before, while non-food retail sales grew by 10.4 percent. (MTI)
