NGM: a further increase in retail sales is expected
The NGM expects further increase in retail volume during the year, because inflation is low, employment is high and unemployment is very low – Lenner Áron Márk, the Deputy Minister of State of the National Economy Ministry (NGM) told M1 news channel.
According to the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), retail sales rose 1.6 percent in January compared to the previous year's high base, and expanded by 2.1 percent, according to the calendar effect adjusted data. (MTI)
