Magazine: New training programme for mid-level managers
In November the School for Executive Education and Development (SEED) started a course for mid-level managers of medium-sized and large companies. The English-language training programme titled Foundations of Management is the best opportunity to make professional progress for those managers who are already leading small teams. Students have to complete two 2-day programmes and participate in individual and group mentoring sessions for 4 months. The school had been founded by MOL and OTP and started offering business courses in English 3 years ago. //
