Nestlé helps young people to get a job with dual training
In just two years Nestlé would like to triple the number of young people participating in the company’s training programme. In 4 school years Nestlé wants to involve 44 confectionery product manufacturers, 16 electronic mechanics and 6 electricians from the 15-24 age group in its dual training programme. The young students are going to get the chance to work in Nestlé’s Diósgyőr and Szerencs factories.
The company will cooperate with two vocational schools in Miskolc to achieve its goal.
