Germany remains behind France and Italy in Michelin stars
Germany remains behind France and Italy in Michelin stars where after a record 309 last year, 308 restaurants were rated at least one star this year by the Michelin Guide.
Germany’s top gastronomy has maintained its position as a European leader in the last one and a half decades, but there is still room for improvement, according to a German edition of the Guide to Restaurants and Hotels. It shows that, compared to 308 in Germany, 628 restaurants in France and 374 restaurants in Italy received at least one star from Michelin cooks for 2020. (MTI, Bálint Marcell)
