Brussels do not like the obligation closure of the loss-making stores
The European Commission launches a new infringement proceeding against the Orbán government’s trade regulation, which has a declared aim to push out the foreign chains. Brussels is investigating the rule that would push out the commercial chains from the country after two years of losses – Népszabadság Online wrote.
According to the rule, the large supermarket chains to be required to close after two consecutive years of lossmaking. According to the informations of Népszabadság, the government has received the formal question of the European Commission and has two months to answer.
